导读下图这个满身带刺的野果，对于客家人来说绝对不陌生。它的名字叫金樱子（客家人称为糖盎(瓶)子）。金樱子浑身是宝，根、叶、果均可入药，根皮含鞣质可制栲胶，果实可熬糖膏及酿酒。所以每到冬季，成熟的金樱子就是大家争相采摘的山货。
一般客家人都采来泡酒而已，却忽视了它还有强大的药用价值。看了以下这些介绍，你或许才会恍然大悟。赶紧往下看，仔细领悟。
聊聊它的身世金樱子别名：刺榆子、刺梨子、金罂子等。四月开白花。夏秋结实，亦有刺，黄赤色，形似小石榴，十一月、十二月采。性酸，涩，平，无毒。谈谈客家人耳熟能详的这杯酒
不知道第一个发现金樱子可食的是哪位勇士，不过有人机智地发现金樱子更适于泡酒。如此一来，既不浪费这份酸甜，又没有被刺破皮肉的困扰，还很好地保留了金樱子的营养成分，可谓是个万全之策。
金樱子酒是以金樱子果为主要原料，经分选，过水等程序后放入酒中泡制而成的野生果酒。在日常中，不管是男人也好，是女人也罢，如果有条件的话，都可以适量饮用金樱子酒。
因为这酒功效大大滴！1、抗菌消炎。近年来研究发现，金樱子提取液可杀死金黄色葡萄球菌及大肠杆菌等，可用来治疗因金葡菌或大肠杆菌感染而致的疾病。
2、固精缩尿，涩肠止泻。金樱子中含有大量的酸性物质、皂成等，既能固精室防止男子遗精滑泄、女子带下过多，又能涩肠道，防止脾虚约束不力所致的泻痢。
3、止咳平喘，抗痉挛。中医认为，喘咳多由肺气上逆而致，金樱子味酸涩，能敛肺气，可止咳平喘。现代研究发现，金樱子中含有抗平滑肌痉挛的成分，可防止胃肠及气管的痉挛。
4、缩尿止遗。金樱子中含有大量的酸性物质和皂甙，具有制约膀脱括约肌，延长排尿时间间隔，增加每次排出尿量的作用，可用于治疗遗尿及小便频数之症。
5、降血脂。金樱子中含有脂肪酸、卜谷省醇、躁质及皂式等，能降低血脂，减少脂肪在血管内的沉积，可用于治疗动脉粥样硬化症。
金樱子酒味美，现在泡起来，到了过年，就可以邀上几位好友一起享用了。

金樱子十斤，剖开去子毛，于木臼内杵碎。水二升，煎成膏子服。(《明医指掌》金樱子膏）
2治小便频数，多尿小便不禁
金樱子（去净外刺和内瓤）和猪小肚一个。水煮服。(《泉州本草》)
3治男子下消、滑精，女子白带
金樱子去毛、核一两。水煎服，或和猪膀胱，或和冰糖炖服。(《闽东本草》)
4治白浊
金樱子（去子洗净捣碎，入瓶中蒸令热，用汤淋之，取汁慢火成膏）、芡实肉（研为粉）各等分。上以前膏同酒糊和芡粉为丸，如梧桐子大.每服三十丸，酒吞，食前服。一方用妇人乳汁丸为妙。一方盐汤下。(《仁存堂经验方》水陆二仙丹)
5治脾泄下利，止小便利，涩精气
金樱子，经霜后以竹夹子摘取，擘为两爿，去其子，以水淘洗过，烂捣，入大锅以水煎，不得绝火，煎约水耗半，取出澄滤过，仍重煎似稀饧。每服取一匙，用暖酒一盏，调服。(《寿亲养老新书》金樱子煎)
6治久虚泄泻下痢
金樱子（去外刺和内瓤）一两，党参三钱。水煎服。(《泉州本草》)
7治久痢脱肛
金樱子（去刺、仁）一两，鸡蛋一枚炖服。(《闽东本草》)
8治阴挺
金樱果（去内毛和种子）一两。水煎服。(《闽东本草》)
9补血
金樱子（干了，擦刺令净，捶碎去子，切焙）、缩砂一半。蜜丸梧子大。空心，酒或盐汤下五十丸。(《朱氏集验医方》金樱子丸）

金樱膏是以野生金樱子为原料，捣碎后煎煮，滤去残渣，再煮至膏状而成，产品呈黑色，对肾虚、月经不调、胃痛、肾炎、风湿关节炎等有独特疗效。配以骨、肉或客家娘酒熬汤是一道地地道道的客家美食。
